The Weekender has room for a big family and the Grand kids.  The 28’ x 28’ home has 3 bedrooms and a loft sitting room. The cozy cabin has a fireplace and open floor plan. The main floor washroom has a washer and dryer. We all know that there are times when it would be nice to through a load of clothes into the laundry. There was lots of thought that went into the second floor design. The roof is simple to build but provides a lot of room. We could eliminate the 2nd bedroom and open the sitting area to the main floor.

• Electrical boxes cut and concealed raceway for wiring
• Exterior doors and dual pane windows
• Coloured metal roofing
• Loft or system
• Open riser timber stairs
• Working drawings including custom foundation
• Site supervision to re erect the log walls

• Exposed log joist and 2 inch tongue and groove decking for loft floor
• Balcony off of loft floor
• Site specific engineering for foundations or county requirements
• Delivery and crane to re erect the logs
