We built this cabin for a semi retired trapper. The plan we show here is a little different than Trapper Lee’s cabin. We incorporated some partitions and added a bathroom. This cabin has seen many family outings and picnics. The grandchildren have had many overnight stays and the loft is their favorite place. Can’t quite say the same for the outhouse although it is one of the first things they tell their friends when they get back”Papa Lee’s cabin is great but we have to go to the bathroom outside” I don’t thnk they are ever going to forget their time at the Trapper or Trapper Lee
This log shell is ready to go. The logs are handpeeled, saddle notched and scribe fit, no chinking is required but might give it some added charm. There are log joist for the loft.
